My company has developed propriety methods to fix these serious reputation management problems.  Please contact me if you need help with these types of problems.
Glassdoor 1 and 2 star reviews are generally true and real.  Almost all the 5 star reviews are fake reviews of the employers HR department.  Glassdoor needs to do a much better job of filtering out these fake 5 star reviews from HR departments.
